To turn layers on/off, click the 'Layer/Legend' button. This will open a window that displays the current layers that can be toggled. Keep in mind that you have to first select a county and then a park in order for this window to be populated.
A basemap is the backgroup map on which the layers (ie. Industrial Parks) are displayed. To change the basemap, click the 'Tools' dropdown menu, select 'Basemaps', and then click your desired basemap.
To identify features on the map, simply left click on the feature. Features have to be turn on in order to be identified. You may have to zoom in closer for some features to appear.
To zoom in/out of the map, you may do the following: roll your mousewheel, double click on the map, use the +/- arrows, or hold the shift key and left click to draw a zoom window. If on a mobile device, you may double tap or use the 'pinch' zoom method common to cell phones.
